- Trips to the library or Bookman's to purchase used books
- Help plan vacations using maps
- Write letters to relatives/friends
- Read to a younger child--parents read to your child
- Fun activity books/Workbooks from any discount store (Wall-Mart, Dollar Store, etc.)
- Keep a journal of any trips, visit to the zoo, parks, etc.
